Hello~~okay today , I will introduce to you about something that most of the people does't even pay attention while they are on the internet.So, the subject was about netiquette and I guess most of you still wondering what was this THING is about or doesn't have any idea about netiquette and also I want to give a little bit information about computer ethics & security that I have learnt few weeks ago.

NETIQUETTE

N e t i q u e t t e(is from internet and *etiquette)is the code of acceptable behaviors users should follow while on the internet***

RULES OF NETIQUETTE

1.KEEP MESSAGES BRIEF AND USE PROPER GRAMMAR , SPELLING AND PUNTUATION

2.BE CAREFUL WHEN USING SARCASM AND HUMOUR

3.DO not use ALL capital letters BECAUSE IT IS EQUIVALENT OF SHOUTING

4.BE POLITE , AVOID OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE

5.NEVER READ SOMEONE'S PRIVATE EMAIL (even she/he is your bestfriend and you've known about their little secret)

AREAS OF COMPUTER ETHICS

1.INFORMATION ACCURACY

Measure of the reliability of information held within and IT system.
- Do not assume the information on the web is correct ,should evaluate the value of webpage before relying on its content.
2.GREEN COMPUTING
Use computer and device that comply with ENERGY STAR program
Turn off the monitor , printer and other devices when not in use

-Do not leave the computer running overnight

3.CODES OF CONDUCT

1.Computer may not be used to harm other people.

2.Employees may not interfere with others' computer work.

3.Employees may not meddle in others' computer files.

4.Computers may not be used to steal.

5.Computers may not be used for false witness

6.Employees may not copy or use software illegally

7.Employees always should use computers in a way that demonstrates consideration and respect to others.

4.INFORMATION PRIVACY

♪ Some companies and individuals collect information without authorization.

♪ Organization often use huge databases to store records such bas employees records , medical records, financial records , etc these data are confidential and should be accessible only to authorized users.

5.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)

♡ Refers to unique and original works such as logos , brands , ideas , invention , art , writings , process , company and product names and logos.

- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS are the rights to which creators are entitled for their work.

-COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT of copyright is PIRACY, where people illegally copy software , movies and music.

TO PROTECT IMAGES , LOGOS FROM BEING USED BY ANY OTHERS BUSINESS ENTITY.

TO PROTECT PRODUCT IDEAS , MANUFACTURING PROCESS DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS FROM BEING USED BY OTHERS BUSINESS ENTITY
